A new build, an addition, or a gut remodel is the one time you can get the HVAC right from the start — correctly sized equipment, ductwork designed for the finished floor plan, and returns and supplies placed where the rooms will actually need them. Getting it right up front avoids the uneven, noisy, or humid rooms that come from equipment sized off a rule of thumb.
We work from the plans: load calculations for the finished space, duct design and sheet-metal fabrication in our own shop, equipment selection matched to the home or building, and controls and zoning where the layout calls for it. For additions and remodels we also solve the harder problem — how the new space ties into an existing system, or whether a dedicated mini-split serves it better.

We coordinate with builders, remodelers, and homeowners so the HVAC scope stays aligned with the construction schedule — rough-in at the right stage, commissioning at the end, and a system that is documented and registered. Do you work from builder or architect plans?
Yes. We do load calculations and duct design from the plans, and coordinate rough-in and final commissioning with your construction schedule.
Can you add HVAC to an addition or bonus room?
Yes — we either extend and rebalance the existing system or design a dedicated mini-split for the space, depending on what the ductwork and load support.
When should HVAC be involved in my project?
As early as possible. Involving us during design lets us size equipment, plan duct routing, and place returns before the walls close — which is far cheaper than correcting it later.
